acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

prior notification to limit the order quantity on any item
and/ or refuse service to any customer.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
National Carburetors, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "NCI" does NOT warranty the proper or improper
installation and/or application of the purchase, exchanged, traded, bartered, or complimentary installer. NCI assumes no
liability and will not pay for labor, damage, rental car, hotel, towing claims, etc.,
arising from the installation or use of the above
mentioned carburetor (s), fuel injector (s), and/or fuel injection unit.
Also due to the complexity of emission control systems, NCI
does not warranty this carburetor (s), fuel injector (s), fuel injection
unit to pass emission control inspection solely on its own merit.
This guarantee does not apply to any defects caused by misuse, collisions or other accidents,
negligence, or any unauthorized or unreasonable use including, but not limited
to, improper application and installation.
NCI neither assumes nor authorized any person, agent distributor, dealer, repair technician,
service facility, or company to change, modify, supplement or amend this warranty
or assume for NCI any warranty or liability in connection with the
remanufacturing, sale, shipment or use of our products.
NCI does not authorize any other person, agent, distributor, dealer, repair technician, service facility,
or company to make any qualitative determination as to the fitness of our products.
NCI reserves the right to make changes, modifications or improvements in our products
without incurring any obligation to similarly alter, modify or improve products previously purchased,
exchanged, traded, bartered or complimentary procured.
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTIES
NCI is proud to offer high quality products at
a low price. We do not sell carburetor (s), fuel injector (s) and/or fuel
injection
unit (s) for testing purposes. All of NCI
products are live engine tested or flow tested to assure performance.
1. All carburetor (s), fuel injector (s) and/or
fuel injection unit must be returned to NCI for warranty work.
No exchanges, refunds or credits at any time after the carburetor has been
installed.
2. Carburetor (s), fuel injector (s), and/or
fuel injection unit (s)
will only be repaired and /or retested under warranty with approval
from NCI Technical Assistance Department.
The customer must first call Technical Assistance with any problems before
removing carburetor (s), fuel injector (s)
and/or fuel injection unit (s).
A RGA number will be required to return the product to NCI for warranty work.
3. Purchaser must present original sales
receipt and box must
be clearly marked with RGA number before any warranty work will be
performed.
4. Any temper seal found to be broken will automatically void guarantee
5. Any returned carburetor (s), fuel injector (s)
and/or fuel injection unit (s)
found to be contaminated with rust, varnish or any
other type of contaminant will automatically void guarantee.
CORE RETURN POLICY
1. Core must be returned in original box of
purchase
2. Core must be packaged and wrapped to avoid
damage
3. Core must be returned within 90 days
4. Core must have all original parts attached
5. Core must be re-buildable and free of
broken parts
NO CORE CREDIT ON THE FOLLOWING
Frozen Bases, Broken Castings,
Disassembled
Cores, Or Wrong Cores.
